Get To Know Our Senior Pastor

Dusty is an experienced pastor and church leader with 20 years of experience. He is a trusted figure within the local church and non-profit community. Throughout his career, he has held various impactful roles, and for the last decade, he has provided strong, visionary senior pastoral leadership. His journey has taken him from the Bible to the Rust Belt and throughout the Rocky Mountain region. In his free time, he enjoys exercise, coaching, and fly fishing.

Dusty has been happily married to Heather for 17 years, and they are parents to five children: Oscar, Kaz, Lainey, Axton, and Ryz. They are a family that embraces adventure, loves travel, and enjoys family walks. Together, their mission is to inspire and guide people to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. The Otises are excited to join the New Life Family, and Dusty is thrilled to lead this next chapter as we become who God has called us to be.
